The Applicant is the person or company who will be applying to register/incorporate/create/form the company and who will be certifying that the contents of the application are true (e.g. things like the proposed director(s) name(s), address(es), date(s) and place(s) of birth).

The Applicant may be (but need not be) one of the proposed director(s), secretary(s) or member(s)/ shareholder(s) of the proposed company.
